It depends on the stage of construction. Move-in ready homes are complete, but homes still being built often allow you to select finishes like flooring, countertops, paint, fixtures, and other final finishes. Ask us about a specific home you're interested in, or let's sit down and discuss your custom build-to-suit.
For a move-in ready home, closing can happen in as little as a few weeks, subject to your financing. Homes under construction close once complete — we'll give you a realistic timeline up front. Custom build-to-suit homes, from initial design to closing and move-in, can take anywhere from 6 to 12+ months on a general scale, depending on the scale of the project and pending customer selections.
Yes. Every Silverline home includes a one-year builder warranty covering workmanship, plus manufacturer warranties on appliances, windows, and systems.
You're welcome to bring your own agent, and we'll work with them directly. If you don't have one, we can guide you through the process ourselves. We also work with a preferred real estate agent and lender — please reach out if interested.
